Beginners Courses

The Club is proud to have a fantasic group of instructors that can help you with your first venture into archery.

Each course is taught in accordance with Archery GB Guidelines and all equipment needed will be provided.

For each course there will be 4 teaching sessions spread over one weekend - 10.00 to 12.30 and 13.30 to 16.00 on each day. You will then be able to try out your new skills at the following 2 club shoot Sundays which are offered as free shooting days. Each participant will be given the opportunity of shooting with Club Members and trying out different types of bows (such as Mongolian, Scythian and Longbow) to get a feel for which suits best.

If, after completion of the course you wish to join the Club as a Member, instructors and club members will bew happy to advise you about the purchase your own archery equipment.
