Rounds

A round is separated into 'ends'. In each 'end', an archer shoots 3 or 6 arrows depending on the type of round being shot.

The size of the target faces depend largely on the type of round being shot and the distances from the shooting line.  Common sizes however are regulated by FITA which are: 40cm for indoors with 18m distances, 60cm for indoor with 25m distances, 80cm for outdoor with 30m and 50m distances and 122 cm for outdoor with 70m and 90m distances. For outdoor imperial rounds 122cm target faces are used.

For more information on the different types of rounds see here.
