17 June 2018 - Join us as part of Archery GBs Big Weekend and give archery a try!


Following the success of the previous year, on 17 June between 1pm and 5pm the club will be opening its doors to anyone who wants to give archery a try. If you've always been interested but unsure about what it involves or how to do it, come along and shoot a few arrows, talk to club members and see what it's all about!

Our open afternoon is open to anyone over the age of 8.


Members: Changes to shooting over Easter weekend

Rickmansworth school will be closed on Easter Sunday. Out first outdoor shoot of the season will therefore be held on the 31st March, at th usual time. For more info see shooting notices.


June 2017: Rickmansworth Archery Club opened its doors for Archery GB's Big Weekend!

On the 17th June the club took part in Archery GB's Annual Big Weekend, opening its doors to the public so that they could come and try archery. The weather was excellent and around 50 people turned out to have a go. Thanks to all who came along and to all those club members who helped make it a great day.


February 2017: Club success at the County Indoors!

There was a good turnout from the club at this year's Herts County Indoors, and plenty of medals achieved!

Gents recurve: Adrian Currall took silver, and Kieron Lehmann-Mayne took bronze.

Ladies Compound: Maureen Miller took bronze.

And the club took silver in the team recurve.
